Problem |
Solution |
| Software doesn't load | There are several possibilities.
|
| Error Message Advice on installation | Press Continue or OK. This should not effect the installation, please proceed.
|
| Terminal flat battery (SPT Series) | If your terminal has a flat battery you will need recharge your batteries and perform a reset of the terminal. 1) Check to see if the Filemaker Icon is present on the main screen. If filemaker icon or program can not be found on your terminal you will need to reload filemaker mobile (FMM V1.02), from your pc or laptop. Please refer to the instruction manual on page 5, Item 2.0 Installation. |
| My software evauluation period has expired | Contact support at atta@netspace.net.au to obtain the work around. |
| I need to move my software to a newer machine (PC) | Contact support at atta@netspace.net.au to obtain the work around. |
| Palm Docking Station Software | The file ATT_dock.att should reside on your desktop. A short cut to this file should be named #ATT_dock.att and should reside in the program folder C:\Program Files\ Appliance Testing Log Book folder. |

| How to Increase productivity (SPT1550) |
You can easily perform a Duplicate Record on your PDA from within the Testntrack® Application. Click on header menu and then select Duplicate Record. At this point you begin scanning the new barcode to update the new record. Make changes to the record, for example: Equipment Changed, Location Changed, Pass/Fail etc. Refer Pic |
| Backing Up Data in the Log Book | If you are using a stand alone PC we recommend backing up your data externally to either, CD, External Drive, Zip Drive or Floppy disk. The file that you need to backup is ATT_logbook.att This file is located in the program folder \Appliance Testing Log Book. |
