Returns Policy & Pricing Policy

Goods returned for Credit or Money Back must be in original condition, with original packaging and be unused. Returns must be within 7 days of invoice date. Custom manufactured items are non returnable. Incorrectly ordered items that are returned will attract a 20% re-stocking fee. In general all items supplied by ATTA come with a 12 months warranty against any manufacturing defect or fault. It is at the discretion of Appliance Test Tag (Australasia) Pty Ltd to advise if a full refund or partial refund will apply. Please contact ATTA for more information.
