Select Technician/Inspectors Name. Select PASS or FAIL. Select Risk Assessment: High or Low. Create NEW Record. Find and Edit Previous Test Records from Barcode Scan. Scroll Through Records. Scroll Up or Down in Form View or List View. Change from List to Form View. Show Database in Use. Menu Chevrons are Editable by the user. Shows Current Record Number in view and Total Records.
